Bullaren and the Kynnefjäll nature reserve: a charming landscape and pure wilderness await you – the ideal terrain for a diverse adventure. Glide with a canoe over crystal clear lakes, explore the area by bicycle on narrow and winding forest paths, or discover calm forests and highlands by foot.
We have put together exciting round trip excursions for you, whereby there is no shortage of pleasure. You will travel light so that you can happily enjoy nature to its fullest. The provisions will be as well catered for as the relaxing moments.

Running Fox
Day 1: Arrival at Tingvall
Day 2: Diversified bicycle tour along the southern Bullaren lake and then further on winding gravel paths up to Kynnefjäll/Wauglen. Arrival around noon. Before the sauna and barbecuing you're welcome to venture out on a slow-paced 5 kilometer walking tour.
Day 3: You will cycle through the Kynnefjäll nature reserve, past the northern Bullaren lake, and back to Tingvall. Arrival in the afternoon/early evening.

The first will be spent here with us at Tingvall, the second overnight stays at Wauglen Vildmarkscamp, a hostel which resembles a small mountain station. Here a wood heated sauna by the lake and a scrumptious dinner will be waiting for you. You will stay comfortably in double bedroom cottages. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be prepared by yourself and are also included in price.

Bikers Walk
Day 1: Arrival at Tingvall
Day 2: Diversified bicycle tour along the southern Bullaren lake and then further on winding gravel paths up to Kynnefjäll/Wauglen. Arrival around noon. In the evening you will receive information, tips and maps for the upcoming hikes the next morning.
Day 3: Glorious hiking along marked trails through virtually untouched highlands past small lake and streams. The total distance amounts to somewhere between 20 and 25 kilometers. In the late afternoon a wood heated sauna and hot barbecue will be waiting for you.
Day 4: You will cycle through the Kynnefjäll nature reserve, past the northern Bullaren lake, back to Tingvall. Arrival in the afternoon/early evening.

Elk Sight Trail
Day 1: Arrival at Tingvall
Day 2: Bicycle tour through the beautiful Bullaren and then Kynnefjäll, to the day's destination, Lovisehold, where the boats will already be waiting for you. After a short canoe hop to the southern Kornsjön you will pitch your tent at a designated campground.
Day 3: Canoeing day. The Kornsjön will captivate you with its beautiful islands, bathing places and prolific flora and fauna.
Day 4: Hiking day on the long-distance hiking trail, Bohusleden, of approximately 12 kilometers. You can choose to stay overnight in a wind shelter, tent or even in a small hut.
Day 5: Hiking day along marked trails to Wauglen/Kyneefjäll, where a wood heated sauna and delicious barbecue will be waiting for you.
Day 6: By bicycle you will return back to Tingvall, where we will receive you.

3 Overnight stays: 1 bicycling days and 2 hiking days
Day 1: Arrival at Tingvall
Day 2: Diversified bicycle tour along the southern Bullaren lake and then further on small far-away trails up to Kynnefjäll/Wauglen. Arrival in the afternoon. In the evening you will receive information, tips and maps for the upcoming hikes the next morning. The wood heated sauna and grill be fired up for you.
Day 3: 15 kilometer hike through the Kynnefjäll nature reserve. Overnight stay in a tent, wind shelter or small hut.
Day 4: 12 kilometer hike on the exciting Vitingeleden trail back to Tingvall.
